dirty sheets fake smile
My bed lacked clean sheets the first night. Really! The pillows caused itching. I think the hotel should invest in better quality pillows. It is frustrating when cleanliness is compromised. The front desk staff needs training in customer service. The woman at check-out seemed disinterested and lacked cheerfulness. I left feeling like I should have cheered HER up. Her smile seemed fake, so teaching employees good manners is important.

Fantastic Stay, Prime Location!

This hotel is situated close to Yellowstone's west entrance! I found many dining options and shops within walking distance. Our room was roomy and included all necessary amenities. The hotel provided underground parking, VERY helpful during icy conditions!!!
The breakfast area got crowded, and seating was somewhat limited at peak times.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Tania professionally handled a difficult situation involving a computer glitch. They provided excellent service and attentiveness to guest needs, appreciated.

great location breakfast coffee amenity fees rear elevator
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the West Entrance of Yellowstone. It was also an easy walk to various restaurants and shops (perfect for an evening stroll). The breakfast included many choices. I especially liked the endless coffee, a great way to start the day.
There were amenity fees on check-out. I wasn't informed about these during check-in (this was a surprise). I found the elevator to be located at the far rear end of the hotel. This caused some inconvenience.

great location and useful extras!
convenient location free s'mores
the location is really convenient. i could easily walk to shops and restaurants. the free s'mores every evening were a special treat, i enjoyed the outdoor fire. staff was also friendly and helpful.
the elevator was out of service for a time. it caused some inconvenience getting to my room on the second floor. i hope the hotel fixes it quickly.

problems with breakfast and a pricey water
inconvenient elevator pricey water
the elevator was located at the end of a long building making it inconvenient with luggage. breakfast was not replenished quickly enough after a busload of teenagers cleared it out. i was charged $15 for bottled water that the front desk said was complimentary. i expected better for the price i paid.
